    Clemens Food Group provides us with the savory and tender pork we use in many of our classic dishes. Although they are headquartered in Hatfield, PA, Their Coldwater, MI plant supplies the pork we use in our specially crafted menu items. T his plant opened in 2017 and now employs around 830 people in the Coldwater community.
    Crisp Country Acres, Holland MI

    Crisp Country Acres sits just north of Holland. The Visser Family utilize their 130 acres of farmland for a wide variety of seasonal produce. They commit to sustainable farming practices, like recycling water and using drip irrigation to grow their crops. With the use of organic pesticides and their large cold storage area, they provide us with fresh vegetables year round!
    Gavin Orchards, Coopersville MI

    For over 40 years and through three generations, Gavin Orchards has brought fresh cherries, apples, and other produce to the West Michigan area. Their 240 acres of Coopersville farmland includes huge orchards and fields for vegetables. With their Farm to School program, they supply apples to school districts in Ottawa, Kent, and Muskegon counties.
    Holland Farmers Market, Holland MI

    Located at the Eighth Street Marketplace in Downtown Holland, the Holland Farmers Market provides fresh produce, cheese, eggs, meats, baked goods, and other natural products from over 75 local vendors. The majority of items sold at the market are locally grown in West Michigan. We’re proud to support our local farmers markets!
    Big O’ Smoke House, Caledonia MI

    Big O’ Smokehouse produces the very best smoked meats, fish, jerkies, and sausages you’ve ever had! They have been a family owned and operated company for over 20 years. Located in Caledonia, their smokery is FDA inspected and certified! They provide us with the salmon jerky we use in our Brussels Sprout Salad! All aspects of their meat production are quality controlled and monitored.
    Byron Center Meats, Byron Center MI

    With its humble beginnings as a small town butcher shop in 1946, Byron Center Meats has grown into an award-winning, USDA-certified plant, supplying some of the largest food service companies in the United States. This three generation, family-owned meat processor has become so renowned that people from all over the midwest travel to shop in their store.
    Corridor Sausage Co., Detroit MI

    Named after the Cass Corridor neighborhood where the two owners met, Corridor Sausage Co. began in the back of a butcher shop in 2009. In only two years they expanded to become a full USDA factory. Their chorizo is found in our Shrimp & Grits and Warm Potato & Chorizo Salad. The artisanal sausages of Corridor Sausage Co. are made in Detroit’s Eastern Market.
    Esch Road Foods, Honor MI

    Esch Road Foods’ namesake is a dead-end road that fades into a beautiful beach where Otter Creek flows into Lake Michigan. It is this diverse bioregion where their produce is grown. Esch Road Foods only grows crops that are native to the area, celebrating the richness of the Great Lakes. 1% of all sales are donated to the preservation of the Great Lakes.
    Tassier Sugar Bush, Cedarville MI

    The maple syrup on our Crispy Duck & Waffles comes all the way from Cedarville in the Upper Peninsula, where Tassier Sugar Bush saps their maple trees. Their limestone-based maple grove brings a rich, clear flavor to their pure maple syrup. Tassier Sugar Bush is famous throughout Michigan for their quality maple syrup and unique flavors.
